Racing Credentials: In 2005: World Champion 2-Year-Old, equalling Mack Lobell's world record. In 2006: "Horse of the Year," Triple Crown Winner, year's leading money-winning Standardbred, Hambletonian stakes record (1:51.1) and Season's Champion on a mile track.

Major Stakes Victories: $1,500,000 Hambletonian, $526,000 Kentucky Futurity and $728,000 Yonkers Trot.

With victories in the Hambletonian, Kentucky Futurity and Yonkers Trot, the regally-bred Glidemaster became the eighth winner of Trotting's Triple Crown, joining such great predecessors as Speedy Scot, Super Bowl and Nevele Pride.

After establishing a World Record as a 2-year-old in just his second career start, he went on at 3 to fulfill his great promise, winning the Triple Crown by capturing the Hambletonian in its fastest time ever (1:51.1), the Kentucky Futurity in straight heats and the Yonkers Trot in his first-ever start on a half-mile track.

His racing prowess, coupled with his potential as a sire, was recognized by breeders and buyers alike. His first crop enabled him to rank as the leading sire by yearling average at the 2009 Lexington Selected Sale, where he sired the overall sale-topper at $270,000 and six other $100,000-plus yearlings.

That first crop would go on to include such stakes stars as 2-year-old Canadian record-setter and $539,000 Valley Victory winner Blue Porsche and $200,000 Pennsylvania Sire Stakes Champion Not Nice. His is an unfinished story as a sire, as many more champions are still to come!
