Mr Feelgood, a winner of more than $3-million, established his fame in the U.S. winning the $541,000 Little Brown Jug in straight heats in world record time. That fame later grew internationally, as from 2008 to 2012 he raced with tremendous success Down Under, capturing the Inter Dominion Series and other classics that enabled him to be named Australia's "Horse of the Year" in 2009.

He was justifiably a $130,000 yearling purchase. He is by the Artsplace son Grinfromeartoear and a half-brother to the $900,000-plus winning mare Remember When p,4,1:50.3, who captured the She's A Great Lady at 2 and Fan Hanover at 3. His second dam is the blue-hen mare Leah Almahurst, herself a Breeders Crown Champion, millionaire, and dam of the highly successful sire Western Ideal.

As a sire, Mr Feelgood has produced stakes winners in both the U.S. and Australia. His small, single crop of U.S. foals earned $2.6-million and include a 1:49.3 performer and $680,000 winner. Down Under he has sired the winners of $5.8-million.
