American Ideal yearlings average 5X fee -- Posted: 11 . 10 . 2016
Momentum from last month’s record-breaking Lexington Selected Sale carried right over into Harrisburg, and Brittany Stallion Management’s American Ideal sailed along with the flow. His yearlings averaged almost five times his stud fee at both sales, and his nine yearlings that sold for $100,000 or more was his highest yearly total ever.   [read more]

Brittany Farms owner George Segal announced today that a significant portion of the acreage that comprises Brittany Farms has been sold to Maurice Regan of New York. Regan’s purchase of 565 acres still leaves Brittany with 271 acres, and, according to farm manager Art Zubrod, that’s exactly what the farm needs at the present time to accommodate both its horses and its business plan.   [read more]
