Brittany Stallion Management’s Artiscape, standing in New York, has proven time and again to be the kind of sire that can get you not only major 2 and 3-year-old stakes winners, but big “Saturday night” open class horses as well.

On Saturday, April 7 he sired series winners at both major metro tracks, Yonkers and the Meadowlands, with Art Z winning his second Levy Series leg at Yonkers and Breakin The Law winning his second Survivor Series leg at the Meadowlands.

Art Z p,4,1:50.3 (Artiscape-Celebrity Ball), bred by Bob McIntosh and CSX Stables, was a multiple New York Sire Stakes winner last year at 3. He took his lifetime record of 1:50.3 winning the $78,400 final of the Four Leaf Clover Series at the Meadowlands in mid-March of this year.

Since then he’s won two $50,000 legs of the prestigious Levy Series for free for all pacers, and finished second in the other leg to Atochia. He’s now won over $258,000 for his owner Richard Lombardo and trainer Jordan Rubin.

Breakin The Law p,2,1:57.4h; 3,1:51.2 (Artiscape-Arl’s Troublemaker), a 3-year-old, was bred by Winbak Farm, where Artiscape stands at stud. He won 3 of 5 starts, including two stakes races, at 2, and this year at 3 has captured 6 of 8 starts (with 2 seconds), including both of the first two “brackets” of the Spring Survivor Series for sophomore pacers.

He is owned by Burke Racing, Weaver Bruscemi, JJK Stables and the Panhellenic Stable and trained by Ronnie Burke.

Brittany extends congratulations and continued success with these horses to all parties involved.

If you happen to be a breeder and haven’t yet finalized plans for this year, Artiscape presents a great opportunity for you, as he’s New York eligible and has a fee that simply can’t be beat-- $5,000. Visit his stallion page here on the website to learn more about him!
