Booking applications for the 2012 breeding season are now being accepted for the Brittany Stallion Management stallions.

The 2012 booking application form, along with complete and up-to-date information for each stallion, is available via the links down the left side of this page.

On each stallion’s individual page you can access his USTA “STARS” database pages, which offer information on current and all-time top performers, complete yearling sale results, “crosses of gold” that show successful nicks for each stallion, and a hypothetical mating report to show the resulting foal’s pedigree for the mare being bred.

Some stallion fees have been lowered for the upcoming season, primarily due to the uncertainty of the overall economy. Some fees have remained the same, and one, American Ideal, has been raised to $7,500 to reflect the great success he’s had both on the racetrack and in the yearling auction ring with his first two crops.

In addition to siring 2-year-old World Champion filly American Jewel, top freshman colt Heston Blue Chip and Canadian Champion and millionaire Idyllic, American Ideal ranked as the #1 pacing sire in yearling average for the first two high-profile sale sessions at the 2011 Lexington Selected Sale.

Artiscape (New York-$5,000), Real Desire (Indiana-$5,000) and Master Glide (Kentucky-$1,500) will stand for the same fee as in 2011. The other stallions have been lowered in an effort to provide better value to those who breed to sell or breed to race.

Champion sires Four Starzzz Shark and Glidemaster, both standing at Walnridge Farm in Pennsylvania, will stand for lower fees this season. Four Starzzz Shark has been lowered from $6,000 to $4,000 while Glidemaster, who had stood for $15,000, will now stand at $7,500. Tell All, standing in Ontario at Tara Hills Stud, has been lowered from C$5,000 to C$3,000.

With these stud fees we think you’ll find great value in each of our stallions. We invite you to look through the website and if we may be of any assistance in your breeding plans, don’t hesitate to contact us!
