11 . 15 . 2009

I Won’t Dance 3,1:54.3 ($362,092), bred, raised and sold as a yearling by Brittany Farms, capped off a terrific 2009 campaign by winning the $300,000 Ontario Sire Stakes Super Final at Woodbine in a career best 1:54.3. The 3-year-old son of Angus Hall-Do Si Do Hanover (Valley Victory) has now posted eight wins and a pair of seconds this season, giving him $362,000 in his account this year alone.

His thrilling win in the OSS Super Final followed earlier victories in $130,000 Gold Elims and Finals at Mohawk and Rideau-Carleton. He also finished second this term in elims of the $333,000 Goodtimes and $167,000 Canadian Breeders Championship.

I Won’t Dance was sold by Brittany at the 2007 Lexington Selected Yearling Sale to current owner M. Biasuzzi Stable Inc. The colt is trained by Per Henriksen and driven in all of his outings by Trevor Ritchie. Congratulations to them all!
